Driven by a passion for communication, Christina launched into public radio at 17 years old by reporting on conditions within the Latinx community on Pacifica Radio in Houston, TX. Curiosity led Christina to work in TV, marketing, political spot sales/advertising and public relations where a brand and voice was established in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Christina began Thirty6five, a public relations agency focused on providing media relations, issues management for DEI, and brand partnerships for subject matter experts and non-profit organizations to amplify the voices of marginalized communities after winning awards for research and matriculating from Temple University with a M.S. in Communication Management.
In 2021, PR News awarded Christina with the Pioneer Award in corporate social responsibility and has been quoted as an expert by The Washington Post, NPR, CNN, and Houston Chronicle. Most recently, Christina has been featured as a Latinx Leader by OutSmart Magazine. Follow Christina on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
